CELEBRATING OUR 21st YEAR
August 13th, 14th, 15th, 2010 Big Bear Lake, CA
The registration fee for the 2010 FUN RUN is $50.00 payable with this application.
After March 1st, the application may be downloaded from this web site. Be forewarned that all parking spaces will be reserved within about one month of this mailing. We will maintain a standby list, and fill openings from this list as they occur. In April you will receive confirmation of your accepted entry into our show, and that is when you should make room reservations. Upon arrival in August, check in with our booth at the Bartlett parking lot, and you will receive your pre-assigned parking space number, T shirt coupon, dash plaque a schedule of the events, and other goodies to make your stay in Big Bear enjoyable.
The award ceremony on Sunday morning is one of the unique feathers of our event, because it is so special to see and hear the cars that win the awards. Thus we require the award winners to be present Sunday. If you think your car will earn an award, then you had better make plans to stay in the valley over Saturday night.
The major events for 2010 occur as follows:
Friday, August 13th – Early check-in at the Bartlett parking lot. Cruise around town. Informal parking is available in the Bartlett parking lot. Food will be available.
Saturday, August 14th– Late check-in at the Elks Lodge beginning at 7:00am. Pre-assigned parking in the Village starting a 7:00 am. 50/50, Village Business Association, and engine raffles in the Bartlett parking lot. “The CRUISE AROUND THE LAKE” begins at 3:45 pm. Please note - to receive your free 2010 Fun Run Mug, you must be behind the lead vehicle on “THE CRUISE AROUND THE LAKE”. Food will be available in the Bartlett parking Lot as well as through out the village.
Sunday, August 15th –Awards presentation ceremony in the Bartlett parking lot. Car staging will begin at 7:30 am. The Award Ceremony starts promptly at 9:00 am.
